The ones that acheive universal status transcend gadgets and just become part of our lives (mobile phones and MP3 players) while early versions can look rather silly. The first MP3 players could only store 1 song, and anyone who bought the very first carphones or mobile phones will testify to all the problems that went along with being a trend setter!!!
